What documents are required to file a medical fitness appeal in Dubai and Abu Dhabi?
To file a formal appeal, submit:
1) Original passport and copy of the active entry permit/residence visa;
2) Official DHA/SEHA/MOHAP medical fitness receipt with transaction barcode;
3) Comprehensive historical medical files, previous hospital discharge summaries, or international treatment records (attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs MoFA where necessary);
4) High-Resolution CT scan and negative laboratory culture reports; and 5) A completed Medical Review Board Appeal Grievance Form submitted directly to the central medical committee.
