Power of Attorney and UAE Representation
UAE is a digital friendly country that enables many transactions to be completed online without in person visits.
The launch of UAE pass has enabled more private businesses and government agencies to reduce the number of customer walk-in visits.
For certain tasks, companies and individuals are required to be physically present in the country to resolve these matters.
Such tasks can be completed by issuing a Power of Attorney (POA) to any acquittance you have in the country.
In most cases, the recipient of the power of attorney is required to have an Emirates ID, which is not possible for any visitor entering UAE for the first time whom did not previously hold an Emirates ID.
While a small number of cases can be handled by a POA recipient who only holds a passport, an Emirates ID is desirable in almost all situations.

BUH Consulting offers the following services for international customers who are unable to visit UAE to tend to their matters.
